Dakhil's subject codes are the board's new ones, used from the Dakhil exam of 2027 (as published on 31 August 2026). The published Alim routines do not agree on codes, so the madrasa writes Alim's own.
Classes 6 to 8 and the Ebtedayee classes are made with them.
Results by the board's rules
GPA-5 grades
Each subject graded on the board's scale; an F in any compulsory subject fails.
Two papers, one grade
Arabic, Bangla, English and Alim's two-paper subjects graded together.
The 4th subject
Points above 2 are added to the GPA; failing it fails nobody.
Merit and mark sheets
Merit within the section, class or group; mark sheets with the madrasa's name, logo and signature, a whole section at once.
Admit cards with their own subjects
Each admit card lists the student's own subjects, with codes.
Testimonials and TCs
Testimonials and transfer certificates after Dakhil or Alim — filled in already.
Questions
Are the Mujabbid and Hifzul Quran groups there?
They are not in the ready lists. A madrasa that has them adds their subjects under its own names and codes; results work the same way.
Why are Alim's subject codes empty?
The board's published Alim routines do not agree on them. Better empty than wrong — write them once from your registration cards.
Ebtedayee to Alim — the whole madrasa in one account?
Yes. The madrasa type puts every Ebtedayee, Dakhil and Alim class in one account, at one price.
What does it cost?
৳500 a month for 200 students or fewer; ৳1,000 a month for up to 500 students; ৳1 a month more for each student over that, every service included; a one-time registration fee of ৳2,000. SMS are ৳0.42 each, only for what you send. The first bill comes 10 days after you sign up — the month you signed up in whole if more than 10 days of it are left, else only ৳500.
