The list of exams
The usual exams are ready from the start; add more under your own names when you need them.

A teacher sees only the sections and subjects assigned to them; the list holds only those who take the subject.
Total and grade at once
The total and grade as each part goes in; marks above the full marks are stopped.
Zero is not absent
An “absent” tick on each row; an absent student is never added or averaged, and shows as absent everywhere.
The head opens them
The head opens the exams teachers give marks in — several at once. A new year starts with all closed.
Locked once submitted
Once submitted, a subject's marks stay as they are; the head reopens them if something is wrong.

After the marks — the results
When every mark is in, GPA, pass or fail and merit places come in a click; a draft first, published once checked. Results cannot be published until every mark is in.
Questions
Can a teacher change another teacher's marks?
No. A teacher gives marks only in the subjects assigned to them.
What if a mistake turns up after publishing?
The head withdraws the results under “publish results”, and the marks can then be put right; every change stays in the activity log.
Can MCQ have its own pass mark?
Yes. Each part has its own pass mark — short in any part and the subject is F, as with the boards.
What does it cost?
৳1,000 a month for up to 500 students; ৳1 a month more for each student over that, every service included; a one-time registration fee of ৳2,000. SMS are ৳0.42 each, only for what you send. The first bill comes 10 days after you sign up — the month you signed up in whole if more than 10 days of it are left, else only ৳500.
