The domain, SSL, server and upkeep are all in it. The service is the same with both; only the address's ending differs — .com is better known, .xyz costs less. The software's monthly bill stays as it is.

Questions
Does the software work without buying a domain?
Yes. The domain is optional — without it the whole software runs from bdeducationmanager.com; only the school's public pages and the student panel are not there.
What if we cannot pay the next year?
No problem — the public pages and the student panel stop, but the software and all your data stay; work goes on by logging in at bdeducationmanager.com. Renew again and they open again.
What is the difference between .xyz and .com?
The service is the same. Only the address's ending differs — .com is better known, .xyz costs less.
Who decides what the public pages show?
The institution's admin, headmaster or principal — which teachers' names, which notices, the admission details — from inside the software.
Will there be photos of the teachers and staff?
Not for now — their names, posts and the subjects they teach.
