What is kept
- The institution — name, address, EIIN, logo, the head's signature
- Users — name, designation, mobile, username; passwords are kept so that no one can read them, not even us
- Students and guardians — what the institution enters: names, parents' names, date of birth, blood group, guardian's mobile, address
- The work itself — fees and receipts, marks and results, attendance, salaries, the SMS sent
- Who changed what and when — the activity log
- What you give in this site's forms — a sign-up or a device order: name, institution and mobile
What is never kept
- Students' photos — ID card photos come from a folder on your own computer and never go to the server
- Advertising or tracking code — there is none on this site or in the software
Your data is not sold, and not used for advertising.
Who can see it
- Each institution's data is apart — no institution can see another's
- Inside an institution, who sees what is set by the institution itself, by role and permission
- We (BDEducationManager) look only for support, billing and running the server
- To send an SMS, the number and the message go to the SMS company — only to send it
How long it stays, and keeping it safe
- A full backup every night; the connection always secure (https)
- Day-by-day attendance stays two months; after that only each student's monthly sums
- Everything else stays while the account is open; your own copy downloads to Excel and PDF
- To close the account or have the data deleted, tell us

Questions
Can we keep our own copy of the data?
Yes. Student lists, receipts and reports to Excel; mark sheets and receipts to PDF.
Do guardians' numbers get advertising?
No. An SMS goes only when the institution sends one — we send no advertising.
Can we see who changed what?
Yes. Every change is in the activity log — who, when, and what it was before.
