School transport — The school's vehicles — who rides what, what it costs, who owes
Kept in a register, each month means working out who is on the vehicle, whose discount is what, and who has not paid. Here a student is put on a vehicle once, and the fee is billed by itself each month beside the tuition. A school with no vehicles never sees any of it.

Vehicles, routes and drivers
- It comes in the menu only once “the school has vehicles” is ticked in Settings
- A vehicle is added with its route and its driver
- Several vehicles on a route, or one vehicle on two routes
- The vehicle's number, its seats and the driver's mobile
The fee: by route, class or km
The school decides how the price goes. By route, one price a route; by class, one for each class; by km, in steps: so much up to 2 km, so much up to 5 km. Put a student on a vehicle and the price comes by itself. An agreement goes in as a discount, in per cent or taka.

- A late fee of its own, if the school wants one

A month off, and on again
Stop the month a student does not use it; it goes on by itself the month after, and that month's unpaid bill goes. A bill already paid stays, and the software says so. Starting again brings back the same vehicle and agreement. In Ramadan or a long holiday, everyone can be stopped at once.
Who uses it and who does not
- A filter on the student list: uses it, does not, or one vehicle or route; in the PDF and Excel too
- A list by vehicle — who gets on where, how many km, the guardian's mobile — to hand the driver, in Bangla or English
- SMS to guardians by vehicle or route
The month's account and the drivers' cost
Bills, discounts, collected and dues by route and vehicle on one page. Each driver comes in the month's list as still to pay; paying makes a voucher in their name and goes into the school's expenses. So you see what the vehicles earned, and what is left after the drivers.
Questions
Our school has no vehicles. Will this show?
No. Unless it is turned on in Settings, nothing about vehicles shows anywhere: not the menu, the forms or the filters.
Does this cost extra?
No. Every feature is at one price, this too.
Does it show the vehicle's live location?
No. This is for vehicles, fees and accounts; it has no GPS.
What does it cost?
৳1,000 a month for up to 500 students, however few; over that, ৳2 a month for every student, every service included; a one-time registration fee of ৳2,000. SMS are ৳0.42 each, only for what you send. The first bill comes 10 days after you sign up — the month you signed up in whole if more than 10 days of it are left, else only ৳500.
