Staff attendance software — Staff attendance — who came when, and when they left
No more signing a register and counting at the month's end. Teachers and staff put a finger to the same machine students touch their cards to — or the office marks them by hand. At the month's end, a line for each person — before the salaries.
BDEducationManager — management software for Bangladesh's schools, colleges, madrasas and coaching centres — admission, results, fees, attendance and SMS in one place. Every feature at one price. See the whole software
Two ways to take it
By fingerprint
Each person enrols a finger at the machine once; after that a touch records the time — coming in and going out.
By hand
Without a machine, the office marks today and yesterday — present, late or absent.
The machine side is new — on the day your first machine is fitted we set it up with you.
Your own rules
- Staff have their own times for coming and going — apart from the students'
- Late and gone early — by those times
- Not absent while on leave; nobody is absent on a weekly day off or a holiday
- Leave allowed and taken — for each person
The month's sums
- A line for each person: working days, present, late, gone early, leave, absent
- Downloaded to Excel
- At a glance before the salaries are paid
Who sees it
The administration, and those who look after the staff or pay them — not everyone.
Questions
Do students and teachers need separate machines?
No. On the same machine, students use their cards and staff their fingers.
Does a fingerprint taken on one machine work on another?
Not by itself — a finger is enrolled at each machine it will be used on.
Will it work without a machine?
Yes. The office marks today and yesterday by hand, and the month's sums work the same way.
What does it cost?
৳1,000 a month for up to 500 students; ৳1 a month more for each student over that, every service included; a one-time registration fee of ৳2,000. SMS are ৳0.42 each, only for what you send. The first bill comes 10 days after you sign up — the month you signed up in whole if more than 10 days of it are left, else only ৳500.
