Accounts
- One person signs up for the institution — they are its first admin
- Everyone has their own login; never share a password
- The institution decides who may do what — and answers for their work
The bill and the balance
- ৳1,000 a month for up to 500 students; ৳1 a month more for each student over that — every feature at this price
- A registration fee of ৳2,000, once at the start
- Keep money in your balance: send it by bKash or Nagad and give the transaction ID; it is added within 1 hour(s)
- The first bill comes 10 days after signing up; the whole month if more than 10 days of it are left, else only ৳500
- Then it is taken from the balance on day 1 of each month
- A day's grace when the balance runs out; after that it is view-only until paid — nothing is deleted
- Each SMS is ৳0.42; the cost shows before sending, and a failed SMS is refunded
Using SMS
- Only to your own students, guardians and staff — the institution's own news
- No advertising, false or harassing messages
- Every SMS is recorded — to whom, when and what
Responsibility for data
- What is entered — marks, fees, students' details — is the institution's to get right
- Results are worked out by the boards' rules; check the draft before publishing
- Your own copy can be downloaded to Excel and PDF
- If something goes wrong, write from inside the software — support costs nothing extra

Questions
How long is the contract?
There is no yearly contract — the bill is month by month.
Is data deleted if a bill is unpaid?
No. After a day it is view-only; pay and everything opens again.
