Ready on the first day
After signing up, choose ‘madrasa’ as your type and the classes and subjects are made after the Madrasah Education Board's lists. Drop what your madrasa does not teach, and add anything missing under your own name.

The 1st and 2nd papers of Arabic, Bangla and English make one grade, and Higher Mathematics is the 4th subject in Dakhil's Classes 9–10 — by the board's rules.
What the office can do
Admission and students
Admission gives the ID, roll and receipt. Each student's classes, results and payments for every year on one page; old lists come in from Excel at once.
Monthly fees and other fees
Monthly bills made for you; exam, boarding or any other fee under your own name. Discounts or full waivers for orphans and students in need.
Exams and results
Teachers enter marks on a phone; GPA, pass or fail and merit place are worked out for you.
Mark sheets
Each student's mark sheet with the madrasa's name, logo and the head's signature; a whole section at once, printed or as PDF.
SMS to guardians
Results, dues and notices to guardians' phones — in Bangla or Banglish, each with the student's own name and roll.
Teachers and staff
Who teaches which subject in which class, a day-by-day routine, what was taught in class, and salaries at the month's end.
Your madrasa's own rules
- Classes and sections named your way — add a Hifz or Nurani class under its own name
- Each subject's marks split your way — written, oral, CQ, MCQ — at any full marks
- The board's GPA-5 grades to start; your own grades and cut-offs if you like
- Boys' and girls' wings or several campuses — set which section is where

Questions
Will it work for a Qawmi or Hafezi madrasa?
Yes, though you set the classes and subjects up yourself. The ready lists are an Alia madrasa's (Ebtedayee, Dakhil, Alim); for Qawmi or Hifz, make your own classes, subjects and grades under your own names. Admission, fees, results and SMS work the same way.
Are Dakhil and Alim GPAs worked out by the board's rules?
Yes. Each subject is graded on the GPA-5 scale, 1st and 2nd papers make one grade, the 4th subject adds the points above 2, and an F in any compulsory subject fails.
Is there anything for boarders?
A part for residential students (hostel) is being built. For now, add boarding or meals as a fee under your own name and collect it month by month.
What does it cost?
The price does not depend on how many students you have: ৳1,000 a month per institution, every service included; a one-time registration fee of ৳2,000. SMS are ৳0.42 each, only for what you send. The first bill comes 10 days after you sign up, for only the days left in that month.
