ID cards and certificates — ID cards, admit cards, certificates — choose and print
Name, class, roll, parents' names — all written down at admission. So a card or a certificate needs nothing typed again. Choose a section and the whole section's cards are ready together.
Seven kinds of card
Student ID card
Photo, name, class, roll, ID, blood group and the guardian's mobile.
Staff ID card
Photo, name, designation, ID, phone and blood group.
Guardian / pick-up card
For the guardian who collects the child — the student's name, parents' names and phone.
Library card
Card number, name, class and roll.
Bus pass
Name, class, roll; blanks for the route and the stop.
Hostel card
Name, class, roll; a blank for room and seat, and the guardian's phone.
Visitor pass
Numbered passes — blanks for the name, whom to meet and the time.
- Ten to an A4 sheet — cut and laminate; or one at a time on a PVC card printer
- The back of the card prints too, if you want it
- Photos are added when printing — they stay on your computer and never go to our server
- ID cards cost nothing extra
Admit cards — with the dues checked
Choose the exam and the section — the whole section's admit cards together, two to an A4 sheet. In Bangla or English.
- Set in Settings how much a student may owe and still get an admit card
- A student owing more is left out of the print, and marked on the list
- Once the dues are paid, the card can be printed
- With no limit set, everyone gets one

From the published results — you choose how many from the top.
- Each certificate has its own number — TC-2026-0001, for example
- You set each certificate's fee in Settings
- It prints once the fee is taken — with a receipt
- Who got which certificate and when stays in the register

Questions
Do ID cards cost extra?
No. Make as many as you like — nothing beyond the software's monthly bill. Paper, printing and laminating are yours.
Where are students' photos kept?
On your own computer. You add the photos when printing the cards; they are not sent to our server or kept there.
Can admit cards be withheld for dues?
Yes. Set a limit in Settings — ৳500, say. A student owing more than that is left out when admit cards print.
Can we charge for a TC or an attestation?
Yes. Set each certificate's fee in Settings. When one is issued the fee is taken, a receipt comes, and then the certificate prints. Leave the fee at zero and it is free.
